DMCA Policy

Syndicate Industries LLC (“Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 3. Counter-Notification

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice.

Your Counter-Notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or San Bernardino, California, if your address is outside the U.S.).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Syndicate Industries LLC reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be “repeat infringers” of intellectual property rights. We take these matters seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure our platform remains compliant with federal laws.
