Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In the original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original or suitable packaging.
4. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
5. Once received and inspected (3-5 business days), your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We process exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and note your preferred replacement in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
